All this talk of loneliness reminds me of my time at Lake Redacted
A jewel of the New World, a beauty that I hardly got to see
Caught up in my own frustration, cornered by my lack of comprehension
Lake Redacted was a place I never really wanted to be
Riding in the back seat, with some dogs and a closed-off posture
The lakehouse felt like an intrusion into a place that was not for me

The only reason they went to Lake Redacted was to wash the floor
